- Circumvent any access controls or subscription gates
- Upload or submit content that is harmful, deceptive, or infringes on third-party rights
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with tools without prior written permission
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@evvytools.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
3. Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are described on the pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4. Free Tier & Advertising
Free-tier access is supported by Google AdSense advertising. By using the free tier, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed. Subscribers may have an ad-reduced or ad-free experience as described on the pricing page.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on EvvyTools.com — including tool designs, layouts, code, copy, and graphics — is owned by 137Foundry LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without written permission.
Tool outputs generated by your inputs are yours to use freely.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from tools are accurate for any particular purpose. Use of tool outputs for financial, legal, medical, or other professional decisions is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 137Foundry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 137Foundry LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Third-Party Services
