This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans purchased on EvvyTools.com. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to subscriber features until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Monthly plans: We offer a full refund if requested within 3 days of the initial charge or any renewal charge. After 3 days, the charge for that billing period is non-refundable.
Annual plans: We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan mid-year outside the refund window, you retain access through the end of the paid period but will not receive a prorated refund.
Free trials (if offered): If a free trial converts to a paid plan and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 3 days of the charge for a full refund.

We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show signs of abuse (e.g., repeated subscribe-refund-resubscribe patterns). We also reserve the right to issue refunds outside of this policy at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.
EvvyTools accepts optional one-time donations to support the platform. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They do not grant any subscription access, features, or other benefits beyond our sincere gratitude. Donations are processed securely by Square — we do not store card numbers.
If a donation was made in error (e.g., wrong amount or duplicate charge), contact us at info@137foundry.com within 7 days and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If the issue persists, your subscription may be downgraded to the free tier. You will not be charged for failed payment attempts.
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to billing cycles that begin after the updated policy is posted.
